Dry cleaning
For fabrics that are sensitive with water and not applicable to wash in water, an attempt to do it will shrink clothes and fade its color. Thus, dry cleaning is the most suitable practice for this type of clothes’ fabrics. Dry cleaning uses solvent to wash the clothes. This method can satisfy two objectives: ensuring clothes impeccably clean and not harming the clothes. Some materials that are prohibited from water-washing are animal fur, woolen, silk, etc…
Laundry
Laundry is well-known as water-washing. However, in order to achieve the highest washing quality, it is required a comprehensive approach. At Ohashi, we invest in a water filtering and refinery system to make sure water is almost purity. Itis important to know that impurity substance in water such as iron (Fe) causes your clothes eventually lose its original color, particularly with white clothes.
Ohashi is very concern for customer health, so that we are always looking for a method that use washing detergent at minimum level but still achieve the same service quality. In present, we do that by adding a pre-wash step. At this step, customers’ clothes are washed in hot water, which will soften the fabric, making it easier for the detergent to remove stains.
Pressing
With purpose to guarantee high service quality and to reduce negligence, Ohashi uses robot in the pressing process. Using robot can avoid the two well-known faults: shiny clothes and burnt mark. For shirt: including 3 steps- Front and back treatment,
- Sleeves treatment and
- Collar treatment.
